摘要:
目的 通过体内、外实验对抗菌钛合金Ti6Al4V-6Cu的生物安全性进行初步探讨,为抗菌钛合金Ti6Al4V-6Cu的临床应用提供实验依据。 方法 采用选择性激光熔化技术制备抗菌钛合金Ti6Al4V-6Cu。通过体外细胞毒性试验、短期全身毒性实验和溶血实验对抗菌钛合金的生物安全性进行评价。 结果 选择性激光熔化技术制备抗菌钛合金Ti6Al4V-6Cu无细胞毒性,不引起大鼠体质量减轻及肝、肾病理性改变,溶血率较低。 结论 选择性激光熔化技术制备抗菌钛合金Ti6Al4V-6Cu具有良好的生物安全性,有望将来应用于临床。
Abstract:
Objective This research evaluated the biological safety of selective-laser-melted antibacterial titanium alloy Ti6Al4V-6Cu, and the results provided the expeimental basis for clinical application of the antibacterial titanium alloy Ti6Al4V-6Cu. Methods Antibacterial titanium alloy Ti6Al4V-6Cu was prepared by selective laser melting technology. Cytotoxicity test, hemolysis test and acute general toxicity test were carried out to evaluate the biological safety of the antibacterial titanium alloy Ti6Al4V-6Cu. Results Selective-laser-melted antibacterial titanium alloy Ti6Al4V-6Cu had no cytotoxicity, no acute systemic toxic and no hemolysis. Conclusions Selective-laser-melted antibacterial titanium alloy Ti6Al4V-6Cu had good biosecurity.
