摘要:
目的 探讨癫痫患者的睡眠结构和睡眠相关事件等多导睡眠图特征。 方法 回顾性分析54例成人(年龄≥16岁)癫痫患者和58例非癫痫患者的含16导脑电图的视频多导睡眠监测图,进一步分析比较癫痫组和对照组、男性和女性癫痫患者的夜间睡眠结构及睡眠相关事件特征。 结果(1)与对照组比较,癫痫组的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气综合征(OSAHS)出现率更高(42.6% vs 13.8%,P<0.05);(2)与女性患者比较,男性患者的体质量指数(BMI)及OSAHS出现率更高[(24.04±2.86)vs(20.08±3.01)kg/m2; 54.3% vs 21.1%,P<0.05],而2组间的睡眠结构差别无统计学意义。 结论 癫痫患者夜间睡眠中OSAHS较常见,在男性肥胖患者中更多见。
Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Objective To explore characteristics of sleep architecture and sleep-related events in epileptics. Methods This was a retrospective study. A total of 54 adult patients(older than 16 years)meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria of epilepsy and 58 non-epileptic patients were included in the study. All subjects underwent overnight ambulatory video-polysomnography with 16 channel electroencephalograph(EEG). We further compared the sleep architecture and sleep-related events between epileptics and normal controls, and between male and female epileptics, separately. Results(1)Compared with controls, the prevalence of OSAHS was higher in epileptic patients(42.6% vs 13.8%,P<0.05).(2)Compared with female epileptics, the prevalence of OSAHS was higher in male epileptics with higher body mass index(BMI)[54.3% vs 21.1%,(24.04±2.86)vs(20.08±3.01)kg/m2,P<0.05]. There was no significant difference in sleep architecture between the two groups. Conclusion There is a higher prevalence of OSAHS in epileptics, especially in male obese patients.
