摘要:
目的创建一个可视化正畸治疗目标位的预测方法。方法收集面型需较大改善、诊断为安氏 Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类、CO-CR位基本一致的成人患者,采用拔牙矫治。记录患者的基本信息,收集治疗前后侧位片、面照及石膏模型,使用三维模型扫描仪建模,再使用3 Shape Ortho Analyzer软件进行排牙。运用Dolphin imaging 11.95 Premium软件形成侧貌预测并生成侧位片。结果软硬组织最终结果与实际结果较相仿,能有效地对正畸患者进行可视化治疗目标预测。结论在二维基础上结合三维模型排牙,牙位预测更精准,可帮助正畸医生设定治疗目标位,便于医生设计拔牙牙位与支抗设计。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo create a visualization method for predicting the target position of orthodontic treatment.MethodsThe adult patients whose facial appearance needs to be improved greatly, diagnosed as Class Ⅰ or Class Ⅱ and whose CO-CR position was basically the same were recruited and treated with tooth extraction.The basic information of the patients were recorded, the lateral radiographs and face photos as well as plaster models before and after treatment collected, the model established using three-dimensional model scanner, and then the teeth arranged by 3 Shape Ortho Analyzer software.Dolphin imaging 11.95 Premium software was used to form profile prediction and generate lateral images.ResultsThe final results of hard and soft tissues were similar to the actual results, which can effectively predict VTO for orthodontic patients.ConclusionWhen combining the three-dimensional model based on the two-dimensional design for teetch arrangement, the tooth position prediction is more accurate, which can help orthodontists set the treatment target position and faciliate the dentists’ design of tooth extraction and anchorage position.
